Community Outreach

Part of TEAM's mission is to... "positively impact our members businesses and the community to which they belong." We encourage all members to give back to the community. It is our goal to positively impact hundreds of charities and non-profit organizations in cities served by TEAM chapters.
With this goal in mind, TEAM donates a membership in every chapter to a local non-profit or charity that benefits children. This charity functions as a member just like every business does (participating in weekly meetings, giving presentations, bringing referrals and visitors, etc...). Charities are a business too, just like TEAM members. Their focus for referrals is on fundraising, friend raising, support for events, volunteers, committee members and board members.
We are proud to be associated with several wonderful local, national and international charities. We want to help make a difference in this world by improving the lives of children and their families. If you know of a non-profit or charity that benefits children and/or families, we are interested in getting them involved with their local chapter of TEAM Referral Network. Please help us, help them.

Testimonials from participating non-profits

"Pomona Valley Habitat for Humanity is a local non-profit organization that builds affordable housing for low-income families. Non-profits have to market their organization just like any other business that wants to succeed. The La Verne Chapter of TEAM has provided us with a full marketing team to help bring better awareness of our work in the community. La Verne TEAM members have not only supported our fund raising efforts, but have helped build our homes. Now that's TEAM-work!!"

"McKinley is proud to be a part of the Glendora chapter of TEAM Referral Network. Our involvement with TEAM has lead to numerous referrals of monetary and in-kind gifts that have benefited the at-risk children in our care."
